Design Letters Voucher Codes & Verified Offers for October 2026

So happy with my mirror!

Has anyone else found super cool stuff here?! Got a Design Letters mirror for my hallway and it's perfect! The quality is amazing, and I saved so much by using a discount code at checkout. Can't wait to check out their Kids Melamine Tableware for my niece next time. Definitely shopping here again and telling all my friends!

Good quality, delivery a bit slow

I ordered a Personal Porcelain Mug and a Tritan Drinking Bottle. The quality of both items was excellent, very sturdy and the design is classic. My only real complaint is that shipping took almost two weeks. It was within their stated window, but still felt a bit long. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the tracking, though. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase but hope they can speed up delivery times in the future.

AJ Vintage ABC Mug experience

I recently ordered the AJ Vintage ABC Mug for my nephew. The ordering process on their website was straightforward and simple to navigate. I received an order confirmation almost instantly. Shipping took about 8 days, and the mug arrived very well-packaged in a sturdy box, preventing any damage during transit. The mug itself is exactly as pictured, high-quality porcelain and the iconic typography looks great. It's dishwasher safe, which is a huge plus for everyday use. I had a quick question about care instructions, and their support team replied to my email within a day with helpful information. Overall, a smooth and satisfactory purchase.

Quick shipping, nice bottle

Bought a Personal Water Bottle. Shipped fast. Product was as described. No issues. Will buy again.

Consistent quality over time

I've bought several items from Design Letters over the years, mostly for gifts, but this time I got a Personal Water Bottle for myself. What I appreciate most is the consistent quality. Every item, from the Kids Melamine Tableware I got last year to this bottle, always feels well-made and durable. Shipping times have been pretty reliable; this one arrived in about a week, which is what I've come to expect. Their products hold up well, and it's why I keep coming back when I need something stylish and functional.

Detailed review of my order

I placed an order for a Kids Melamine Tableware set, specifically the Eat & Learn Set, and also a Personal Lunch Box. The website was easy to navigate, and the checkout process was smooth. Delivery took about a week and a half, arriving in good condition with everything well-protected in the packaging. The melamine pieces are sturdy and have held up perfectly through multiple dishwasher cycles. The designs are really charming, and my child loves them. The lunch box is practical, though I wish it had an extra divider inside. I had a question about the materials before ordering, and customer support replied within 24 hours, which was helpful. Good experience all around.

Got a great gift

I picked up one of those Letter Necklaces for my friend's birthday, and it was perfect. The ordering process was pretty straightforward, didn't have any hiccups. It arrived in good time, so I wasn't stressing about it getting here late. My friend loved it, said the quality felt really good. It was a nice, easy experience overall.

Obsessed with my new mug!

My new Porcelain AJ Vintage ABC Mug is amazing! I got one with my initial and it's just so stylish. The quality is fantastic, feels really nice to hold my morning coffee. It arrived super well-packaged and even earlier than the tracking said. I'm already planning my next purchase, probably some Kids Melamine Tableware for my niece. Definitely recommending Design Letters to all my friends!

Absolutely love my new storage jars!

I just received my Storage Jars and I am so delighted! They look absolutely fantastic in my kitchen. The design is so clean and chic. They were packed perfectly too, no breakages. I will absolutely be shopping here again for more home decor goodies. What a find!

Good value on sale

I bought a few Coffee Mugs with Lid during one of their seasonal sales. I typically look for deals, and getting them at 30% off made them a really good purchase. Without the discount, they might have been a bit pricey for my budget. They arrived within about ten days, which was fine. The mugs are sturdy and the lids fit well, so I feel like I got good value for the money spent.
